What is the return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non refundable. All approved returns receive store credit for the item price only (excluding shipping costs).

A $10 return fee applies to all returns and may vary depending on the order value. If you purchased multiple items, you may return individual items from your order. However, we do not accept international returns.

Damaged items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with photos, and approved damage claims will not be charged a return fee.

How long does it take for customer support to respond?

Our customer support line takes up to 72 hours to respond.

When will I get my order?

Orders are processed Monday - Friday and require 7 - 10 business days for shipping.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

Every order is subject to review. You will know your order is confirmed when you receive a shipping confirmation email containing your order number.

If an item is sold out, when will it be available again?

An item is no longer available if not shown on our website. But it is possible the item releases again in the future.
